Uncinatum), and yes they are wonderful at the moment. The Pergigord truffles (T. Melanosporum) wont be available for a few more weeks yet, theres actually not much difference price per portion wise between Uncinatum and Melanosporum, as the latter is about twice the price per kg, but you only need to use half the quantity.
