Spring Street District Cocktail
(by Marcos Tello, The Tar Pit)1 ounce Cachaça (Sagatiba)
1 ounce Campari
1/2 ounce Peach Liqueur (Mathilde Peach)
2 Dashes Orange Bitters (preferably a 50/50 blend of Fee Bros. Orange Bitters & Regan’s No. 6)Stir & strain.
Flamed Orange Peel (Discard) – Cocktail Glass
